About Gemma

Ever since being a child, I have always wanted to be a teacher and spent time after leaving school myself working in schools across Nottinghamshire, as a Teaching Assistant. As soon as I went to University to gain my Teaching Qualification, I changed my mind, and after completing my Degree, I ended up in social work! I have worked within the industry since 2009 and have always loved the varied work and demanding challenges the role brings. In 2019 I was offered the opportunity to begin this career when a family member was looking for a letting agent to manage his properties for him. I jumped at the opportunity, as having gained the necessary skills and being a people person, it was a role that I could support individuals in an industry I absolutely thrive working in.

At this point, Flying Keys was born…

I have been raised by landlords (both of my parents are Landlords themselves), therefore, I am confident I can support you in the challenges you will face as they arise. My experience in previous roles should provide you with the reassurance you need to know that I will ensure your property is looked after as if it were my own.
