What Can I Do For You?

When advertising your property as ‘Available to Let’, Flying Keys will immediately commence marketing activities. Gemma will accompany all viewings and keep you up-to-date with all developments.

Once a potential tenant has been found, Gemma will complete references and discuss the findings with you. If you are satisfied with the findings, a Tenancy Agreement will be prepared and the check-in date can be agreed.
